How old is jubilee

She had a birthday in space 14th during the s of UXM, and she had a birthday in England 15th in issue 26 of Excalibur. Kitty made a reference to being old enough to drink in Excalibur 91, which most people read to say that she was 16 to 18, based on Scottish law. Warren Ellis, former writer for Excalibur, was quoted as saying he thought she was 18, which was a proper age for a young woman having lots of snogging with an older man.

The issue was credited to Alan Davis, but the style of dialogue strongly suggested that Claremont who was returning to the titles had ghostwritten it. At the Chicago Wizard World convention, someone asked Claremont to clarify Kitty's age, and he said: "She is what she is.

She is below the legal age of drinking and always has been. That came about because she saw Wolverine being attacked and jumped in to rescue him and tend to his wounds.

It would be the start of a great friendship between the two that lasted decades. Wolverine basically became Jubilee's mentor and the two forged a father-daughter relationship. He introduces her to Professor X and the other X-Men, and also takes her along on adventures and missions, which is where her reputation as a sidekick came from. He would go on to be one of the most important people in Jubilee's life, someone she could count on after losing everyone else she cared about.

Generation X was a group of teenage mutants who formed their own team as an offshoot of the X-Men. They studied and practiced their powers at a second school for mutants in Massachusetts, different than the school run by Professor X; this one was in the hands of Banshee and Emma Frost. Her time in Generation X really allowed Jubilee to come into her own and she began to prove herself on multiple missions against numerous foes.

Jubilee became known for her cool sarcasm and her brains, often putting all her experience as Wolverine's mentee to good use. Generation X also became the subject of a truly tragic made-for-TV movie of the same name in In addition to getting terrible reviews and being generally forgotten by fans, Generation X whitewashed Jubilee, taking away a huge part of the character when they erased her Chinese identity.

The movie also removed Jubilee's past, reinventing her as a brand new student at the school who had just learned about her powers and who still had living parents. House of M was a storyline in the Marvel universe that followed the breakdown of mutant superhero Scarlet Witch that led to her using her reality-warping powers to bring about huge changes in the world.

One such result was M-Day, an event in which Scarlet Witch caused the majority of mutants to lose their powers. Understandably, this led to some serious identity crises among the affected mutants. Jubilee was one of them, and being stripped of the abilities that she had fought so hard to master had a profound effect on her. Even so, she didn't sit around feeling sorry for herself — she took action.

In her de-powered state, Jubilee continued to do whatever she could to help; she worked in a halfway house for mutants like herself that had lost their gifts.

The ability to pick herself up and dust herself off after weathering a major blow became an important part of Jubilee's character, and a quality that would serve her well in storylines to come.

Even after the events of M-Day, Jubilee remained as tenacious as ever; losing her powers wasn't going to stop her from being a hero. She joined a group called the New Warriors, also comprised primarily of teenagers. Though she was still without her powers, Jubilee was able to use technology to gain new ones: namely, flight, super strength, and the ability to create force fields around herself.

She was seen, in her Wondra costume, training members of the New Warriors resistance in a Danger Room-like training area from a converted MurderWorld simulator.

Vampirism: After being attacked by a vampire suicide bomber, Jubilee was infected with a vampiric virus. It is currently unknown what vampiric abilities she has.

Superhuman Speed: Like all vampires, Jubilee is capable of running and moving at speeds greater even than the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Stamina: Like all vampires, Jubilee's body is now more resistant to the fatigue toxins generated by her muscles during physical activity. Superhuman Agility: Like all vampires, Jubilee's ability, balance, and body coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body. Superhuman Reflexes: Like all vampires, Jubilee's natural reaction time is enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body.

Superhuman Acute Senses: Jubilee's sense of sight, sense of hearing and sense of smell are enhanced to levels well beyond that of a normal human. Superhuman Durability: Like all vampires, Jubilee's body is now tougher and more resistant to physical injury than that of a normal human body.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Like all vampires, Jubilee is capable of regenerating damaged or destroyed tissues to an extent much greater than an ordinary human. Limited Sunlight Exposure: Due to the healing factor in Wolverine's blood, Jubilee can withstand a small amount of sunlight every day. Energy Plasmoids formerly : Jubilee possessed the mutant ability to generate what she calls her "fireworks:" energy globules that varied in degrees of power and intensity.

The globules obeyed her mental control, traveling where she directed them, arranging themselves in balls, streamers, and other shapes, and exploding when she wished. These combinations could result in anything from a multitude of colorful sparkles capable of temporarily blinding a person to a fairly powerful detonation, capable of smashing tree trunks or metal objects. Jubilee could absorb the fireworks back into her own body without harm. According to Emma Frost, she had the potential to detonate matter at a sub-atomic level.

Psionic Shields formerly : Jubilee's mind possessed a natural defense against telepathic detection or attack. These psionic shields rendered her mind "slippery" and invisible to telepathic beings unless they knew precisely what to mentally scan for. Gymnastics: Jubilee is also skilled in gymnastics and had qualified for the Olympic Games before her parents were murdered.

Hand to Hand Combat: She is also a good hand-to-hand combatant, having received some training from Wolverine. Silver Allergy: Jubilee is highly allergic to silver and can be severely injured or killed with sliver weaponry.

Direct Sunlight Exposure: Due to the healing factor in Wolverine's blood, Jubilee can withstand a small amount of sunlight every day. I was expecting Ms. Lee to be the same age as X But, somehow I suspect she is significantly younger than the other members of Generation X. Slightly younger than Paige Guthrie, who was younger than her brother by a good pace. Suffice it to say, we don't really know how old any of them are.

He wanted a beer. Daken said in All-New Wolverine Vol 1 27 that she was cloned twenty years ago in Marvel Universe time, so that still puts her at 20 in chronological age, at least. Lol chronological continuity is all over the place at this point, magneto is suppose to be a holocaust surviver and its not inconceivable atm but he would have had to have been reasonably young but watch how they'll have to make him younger and younger to the point where he was only an infant at the time.
